Hey guys I am new to the forum so I hope I am posting this in the right place.
Over the holiday weekend I got my hands on a Raspberry Pi 3 and installed Kodi/Xbian so I could get my Basement TV hooked up to my network movie/tv files.
90% of it is running smoothly, as I was able to link my movie & tv folders and scan them and the files show up and are playing super smoothly. However I am having issues when I go in through Videos -> Files and access the network folders. Every time I open the folders a different amount of files/folders shows up, never the full amount of what is in the main folder. I can’t seem to get it to show all the files…
The main reason this is a problem is because I have 1 folder with more recent tv/movies in it and is mixed so I don’t have it scanning and like to access it directly from Video -> Files.
I have a similar set up for my Kodi in my living room with no issues, that is running off an older Asus pc with KodiBuntu and I don’t have any issues with access my the same files in this way.
I would very much appreciate any help that could be given.
