No information found for item

Hi!

I have 2 norwegian TV shows that kodi won’t add.
This is the output from the log

23:24:58 T:140209157019392 WARNING: No information found for item ‘/TV/Frikjent/’, it won’t be added to the library.

Both of these two shows exists on thetvdb.

I can’t see any other errors telling me why the shows won’t add.

I tried deleting the cache as described here without any luck…

How can I debug further?
