custom menu setup

I have used aeon nox for some time I have tried to setup a custom menu item when I do I get “Favorites’ and submenu on the web it looks as if I should get “Title” ” Favorites” and submenu when I try to type a ActivateWindow(Video,Addons,return) it is just the title no action
