How I can transfer the files from file manager to other apps?

Hello I have here a iPad Air 10.3 + Kodi 18 iOS nightly 16.03.2017 via cydia Cydia Impactor without jailbreak.

1.How I can the files in file manager special://envhome/Documents/ transfer to other apps e.g with iOS open in?
2. This part supports special://envhome/Documents/ via Webdav server? Yes? How I can activate this?

Here a bug (Kodi 17 iOS and Kodi 18 iOS same issue)
If open Kodi iOS app for the first time. Then you see so big Kodi icon. Very big icon for little moment. Fix this.
