Not sure if this is exactly a KODI question but I’ve got an HEVC file that i’m getting mixed results with and KODI is currently on the “not playing it” side.
The file is 4k at a bit rate of 51Mbs. Both Kodi & VLC drop frames and stutter. But surprisingly Windows Media Player plays it just fine.
I’m working on a lenovo yoga 910 that has a Kaby Lake processor and no GPU.
