Downgrade from Beta Krypton to Jarvis

Can someone please tell me what I need to do to downgrade from beta Krypton to Jarvis? I am using Fire Stick, and when I tried to go back an reinstall Jarvis it will give me an error message that app cannot install. I do not want to lose all my settings and information on Kodi. Please help!
