Use kodi for promotion?

I use kodi on one od my Caffè. I play live channels grom my provider for my customers. I am looking is there any way to put a Splash screen on the bottom or top which will promote my products. Like “Special offer: Pizza is 5$ today”.
Chat would bee soo great for me and my bussiness.
