help with kodi 17

HI, im finding kodi 17 as a beginner very hard to come to terms with. I put my problems up in these forums and generally cant understand the responses.I am just wandering if there is someone who lives in melbourne australia that i could physically take my laptop to that had the ability to understand and solve kodi problems. im very close to giving this away,I know a lot of you guys love solving these problems but i hate it, i just want something that works as oposed to failing nearly all the time.
