Kodi addons update failed

Hi, I use Kodi for many years and works fine for me but yesterday when I install Kodi 17 beta my addons update failed. Also when I try to install any addons I have failed message.
I try to delete database folder but same things happening. Also when I install Jarvis 16 and start them I have crash problem. I use windows 10 pro. Any solution for this? Thank you.
