Need help to assign a specific action to a key/button

Hi.
I use Kodi 17 with LibreELEC (Krypton) v7.90.008 ALPHA.
I need help to assign a key/button to a specific action during video play.
To manage Kodi I use my TV remote (Panasonic) using the HDMI CEC function.
I have taken form the debug log the key, it’s:

Well, I would like to change for this key/button the action of “PlayerProcessInfo” with “PlayerDebug” but ONLY when I see videos.
I mean that the default behavior of that key/button should remain the same of default action but change the action (from “PlayerProcessInfo” to “PlayerDebug”) only when I see video/movies.
I’m sorry but I was not able to do that with xml file.
Can someone help me?
