Kodi Krypton Beta 5 -> Integer.IsGreater(foo) breaks if got “-” values

tested with “!Integer.IsGreater(Window.Property(Daily.1.LowTemperature),0)”

would be nice if someone could confirm this behavior.

(Guess i have to open a ticket for this)
