Sync same KODI build across devices

It would be nice if users can create a Kodi build from a PC and push it out to other devices with the build/settings tied to a user account. So if I were to login to Kodi on my Android TV the configuration is exactly the same as the build on my PC.
Unless there is already a way to do this my suggestion would be to have all the Kodi settings in the cloud, so when the user logs in, it applies any updates that were made from another build tied to the same user ID.
