sound issue

on Kodi 17 Beta 5 I think..it cuts the sound off . And why am I trying to watch Russell Peters but, love and hip hop keeps coming up on every link please fix this. How can I donate when the links are not functioning properly. And I’ve been trying to watch City of men for the longest. even before Jarvis links were not working. this is supposed to be getting better….
