Which TV/PVR backund to install Kodi 17?

Running Kodi 17 beta 6 on Windows 10 and want to get my USB PLAYTV tuner working to watch and record live TV.

USB Tuner works fine in windows 10. Through mediaportal 2 software.

Which TV/PVR client would be the best/recommended one to install?
