On windows loosing focus everything stop.

On windows if Kodi loose the focus, with alt tab or a windows popup,
everything stop.
That maybe is ok for video but not for radio or audio.
This became a problem if somebody want to use the windows screensaver.
With Kodi 16 this didn’t happened.
