Cannot Find Hard Drive-please help

After installing Kodi on my Dell desktop windows 7 64 bit it worked fine until I shut the computer off. When I first started it back up it continually tries to boot over and over. When I run the diagnostic it says cannot find hard drive. Please help. Thanks.
