windows 10 smb

Help
Can anyone advise me on this problem, I am trying to stream some vuze downloads from my c drive on my PC but keep getting a block message asking for my user name and password
The box shows this at the top Lock preferences for smb ://familypc/vuze downloads, I have tried my usual login and password when I start my PC on but no luck.
