cant change skin

ive just come on this site cant find anything in skins so am posting hear
i have an mx pro 4k box ot had it long
i changed the skin to an amber coulored one all was allright but i was playing around in the settings and where you can chage to advanced user to beginer etc i went to advanced and deleted user leaving advanced on folder.
when i start kodi it boots up ok and goes to a blank screen of the added skin but no systems menu.
i think its loading the folder i messed up.
i cant seem to go into anything to fix it
the mobo app works so i can get some programes.
i dont realy want to do a restall as i will lose all my data
this is turning my hair grey
