Sound and Win10

I recently Installed Windows 10 on my HTPC figured it was free and wanted the support. Before I would just shut everything off but the HTPC always stayed on and always had Kodi running. since I have installed WIndows 10 if I leave Kodi running when I turn everything back on (i.e. Tv, Stereo receiver) the sound in Kodi is gone. When I try to exit kodi and open it up again Kodi Crashes on exit, Locks up. I always have to get my keyboard out and do a Ctrl-Alt-Del to get the task manager and tell it to end task on Kodi then close task manager then start Kodi and then it works. fyi running lastest version of Kodi.
