Kodi Main Menu is missing everything

I’ve tried researching this issue but I can’t seem to find anything that helps. Im running Kodi from a PC and its always been fine. Today, my menu is messed up. Its blank and not showing words and such. I’m tried changing the skins. I’ve tried an complete uninstall and reinstall. Nothing seems to be working.
