[split] Error:Exception caught on main loop, exiting

Ok well now I am super confused for I wanted to revert back to windows 7 from windows 10 because I too have ATI Radeon x1200 series graphics chip set M690T and I know Jarvis 16.2 Stable worked well on 7 (legacy drivers) but GETTING THIS ERROR on 10. I was hoping for a fix, I like windows 10 But I like my Kodi better on Jarvis than Insegrad mainly because of the builds. Maybe either someone knows how to get this error corrected on windows 10 or maybe someone can steer me in the direction of a good functioning Insegrad build. Otherwise I guess I will revert back to windows 7. Darn it. Thanks for any help guys I have wracked my brain as an amateur navigator for months now. Yes months for I felt Microsoft AMD would get its act together on graphics on windows 10 in which they did, I think for I deleted Flem Mod graphics today and now have regular ATI1200 driver through basic update instead of Microsofts generic driver. I thought WOO HOO and downloaded Jarvis to find the same damn error of Exception caught on main Loop UHHHGGG why in the world would Jarvis work on windows 7 but NOT ON windows 10? with my AMD Graphics What could have changed? What did I do? What can I do? Thank You Much
