Unable to connect to server, almost everyday this month

I’ve been using thetvdb and it was pretty stable, but this month i’m getting this almost everyday
i set Kodi’s autoupdate every 4 hours..

opening the source works fine in explorer
Not sure if it’s thetvdb or my setup, but TMDB doesnt stuck like thetvdb
