subtitles error

Hello there!
I am using Kodi Jarvis for some months now on my new pc and I have a problem with the subtitles addons. I have installed the ones that used to work on my previous pc like subsTV or subtitles.gr. But now when I try to download any subtitles from them an error appears that says
“Check the log for more information. Failed to download subtitles.”
I have checked my settings and all and I haven’t find anything wrong. Do you have any idea what is happening?
