How to start rsync daemon in Kodibuntu

Hello,
I want to run rsync daemon on my Kodibuntu pc. I have configured it and can start manually, but cannot figure out how to start it automatically and keep it running as a service.
There are too many choices to start a service (init.d or upstart, inetd/xinetd) and I am lost.
