Kodi screen too big for tv screen

HI and Happy New Year everyone, i have a small form windows 10 computer directly attached to my large 65 inch tv via a hdmi connection. the problem is that the kodi 17 krypton home screen is too big for the tv screen. ive noticed with the old kodi 16 you could alter this via a zoom feature in settings.but i cant seem to find this in 17, am i not looking properly somewhere for this? I would appreciate any help with this problem Thank-you
