Can find addon manager! Help

So.I’ve just updated to the krypton and changed my skin to aeon nox. Trouble is I now can’t find the addon manager so I can get more repositories and addons.
When I go into system, then settings i can’t see it anywhere I’ve look though as many heading as I can think of but can’t find it anywhere. I’m having to go back to confluence every time I need to get new stuff.
It’s probably very simple for someone who knows what’s what but I’m still leaning
