UWP (Win store) Ver. user data folder Not there

I see the UWP version of kodi is missing milkdrop2 or any other viz. It also lacks any addon repos that include visualizations. Anytways I downloaded Milkdrop2 for windows kodi here: https://github.com/afedchin/visualizatio…2/releases
But I don’t know where to put it. There is no kodi folder in either my local or roaming %appdata% folder. Kodi has no folder in program files x64 or x86, either. Where is the uder data folder so I can put this is in addons folder?
