Kodi 17RC2 on Win 7 x64 also seen on Win 8.1 x64.
I use PVR WMC as live TV client. When Kodi starts I get an announcement popup that PVR manager is starting up. Normally this goes by pretty fast. Sometimes, though, the announcement will stay up for a number of seconds. It seems like if I navigate in the UI while this announcement is up, it will lock up the UI, and Win OS shows the “spinning hoop” / program not responding and I have to kill Kodi from the OS. I haven’t been able to repeat while debug is active (the extended announcement occurs rarely).
