Make EPG and Recording Timers accessible from Kodi Web UI

Now, that PVR has been part of Kodi for some releases I’d like to see EPG being accessible from the Kodi Web UI and being able to setup up a recording timer also from there. I know some PVR backends bring their own Web UI to handle setup timer/EPG based recordings but to my point of view this should also find its representation in the standard Kodi Web UI.
