Kodi freeze when trying to play some radio streams

Kodi freeze when trying to play some radio streams (doesnt react for minutes)
after 5mins i double click on the Kodi Window and a message to shut down Kodi popped up.

while other stations seem to work, if i try to play “Radio-X” it freezes. – No issues in Jarvis!

its the same issue if i try to play the stream straight from the addon (radio.de). It works with Jarvis quiet nice. (No problem to start the stream in Jarvis, no mather if from the m3u or the Addon (same Addon version in Jarvis and Krypton).))
