Hi everyone. We have a TV Box with Kodi 16 or 17 and Android 6. The TV Box came with a remote control but that pretty much never works. Followed instructions, replaced batteries, but no matter what the remote for the TV box never accomplishes anything. It’s almost not a big deal though since we have a wireless USB mouse that works for just about everything that we need to get done. Just about everything …
As a result of changing SSH access to our drives with media files 3 times in the past 8 months, the IP always changed at the same time. Consequently we had to start our ssh access all over, to include assigning new bookmarks to folders and such within Kodi. Problem is that we now have multiple references to various locations within Kodi since we can’t figure out how to delete any of the old references with our mouse. The setting for file & folder deletion is enabled/permitted.
Is there any way to do that just by using a mouse?
We have Total Commander file manager installed and that works great for deleting & renaming on the media drives that we’re accessing with ssh. Just a loooooong click and a menu appears which allows deleting and renaming of the previously clicked on file/folder. Is there any way to delete file and folders within Kodi by using a mouse? A function like that would be incredibly helpful because then there wouldn’t even be a need for another remote control or a remote keyboard either. Any helpful words would be appreciated. Really sick of looking at those confusing multiple entries.
(and don’t really want to factory reset the box either)
