TV Seasons disappeared

Hi there. I am hoping for some advise &/or help here. Upon adding a tv show with 10 seasons to my favorites I now can only watch the episodes that I have watched previously. Example: The last episode I watched was 8X11. Now I cannot watch anything forward. I have tried different repos, but they all are now having the same issue. However, when I did this on my computer this problem did not occur. The android box is running Jarvis 16.1 & Mac is running Helix 17.0. I have tried to update the android box to Helix, but that is a whole other issue. Any thoughts on how I can fix this, without doing the reset?
