Kodi 17 RC3 – inputstream.rtmp Addon Unavailabile

RTMP streams are not functioning under Kodi 17 RC3, when I tried to download the inputstream addon, none was available for RTMP only the adaptive addon.

Any idea on how to enable RTMP streams under RC3?
