Weird deinterlace artifacts

Hi guys. Sorry if someone asked for this before, but I couldn’t find it.

I have a problem with my RPi 3 and Libreelec (Kodi 17). I’m using latest beta version 7.95.1 and TVHeadend is on my home server. When I try to deinterlace DVB-T content (which is h264 here in Poland) I got weird artifacts on high motion objects. Those artifacts appear only when contrast is high (so the moving object is e.g. RED and the background is white). Those artifacts looks like red and green (mostly green to be honest) short lines. It’s not HDMI cable, TV or RPi itself. Progressive content looks good.

This happens only on “adv” or “adv2x” deinterlace method which is only one acceptable to watch. The “bob” deinterlacer looks much worse.

It is very hard to make a screenshot to show it. Anyone had such problems?

Edit: And yes, I’m using MMAL acceleration. Tried also OMXPlayer. Same effect.
