Naming Convention UltraHD 4k

Hi to all.
What is the naming convention of a video file .mkv in UltraHD 4k?
For the normal BluRay, I use this naming convention:

Title (Year).bluray.mkv

For 4k? I need to use the same naming convention?
Kodi recognize automaticaly the new format and place the correct UltraHD Case?
