How to get focus on kodi when launching?

Hi guys, when launching kodi through different hardware, ie a remote controller, shorcuts on apps like xpadder or controller companion, kodi will launch but focus wont be on kodi window. So, even launching at fullscreen you ll see the windows taskbar until you click on kodi ui.

There is a way to launch kodi with focus on any condition?

I tried using the -focus parameter but with no luck.
