D-Link AC5300 Connection Issues

I hope this is the right folder to post this in. If not, please advise.
I am running 1 iMac, 1 MacBook Pro, an appletv2, and 2 Android boxes. Old router was a Linksys EA4500 (N900). I had a 4Tb Seagate portable hard drive plugged into the USB port on the rear of the router. It was pretty simple for connection to the different devices running KODI <smb://network_name/SEAGATE MED/TV Shows/>. I have now switched to a d-link AC5300 router for greater bandwidth. I have plugged the same hard drive into the d-link router. I have gone into the setup and turned off the “easy” mode, enabled the media server, USB Device, and samba.
I can open the folders on the hard drive from my mac’s <Go><Connect to server><192.168.0.1> and see all the folders and files. When I try to add source in Kodi, I cannot seem to get the folders/files to propagate.
I am running Jarvis on the android boxes, and running Krypton on the Mac’s.

Any feedback / suggestions are greatly appreciated!
