Kodi setting issues

Good Morning. I am having issues with my kodi. I accidentally changed the appearance in the kodi settings to tv. Now I cannot get passed the initial kodi screen. It doesn’t allow me to navigate the kodi menus. Is there anyway to
Change this setting without uninstalling it? Please help
