Video stalls on skip backwards LE 7.95.1

When playing any mpeg2 MKV containing a subtitle (makemkv rip of NTSC dvd) I am occassionally noticing the video will stall for several seconds (sometimes 15 or so) if I skip backwards. When I press skip, the video will pause, the blue progress circle will increment to 100%, and then the video stalls. If I press Enter while stalled, the GUI will show the video as playing and the elapsed time will be incrementing and time remaining decrementing. Eventually, the video starts.

Other things of note:
-If the video doesn’t have a subtitle track, I haven’t been able to reproduce a stall.
-I haven’t been able to reproduce with a blueray rip.
-My vidoes are on a server.
-I haven’t been able to reproduce on my x86 running Kodi 17 RC3, with a gigabit connection to my server.
-It may be related to http://forum.odroid.com/viewtopic.php?f=…50#p175556

To reproduce, start a video, skip forwards 20 minutes or so, then press skip back every couple of seconds until it happens.

Here’s a debug log with this issue occurring. The stalls happen often here. I think the skip beginning at 10:49:10.082 has the longest stall.
