Add-on incompatilble

hello Im an old timer and don’t much know about this program.. Have been using it with help from friends. tonight I am gettinh add-on is incompatible due to unmet dependencies. would you like to disable it on your system…. then it goes through about 15 more items. cannot get out of it. Can’t reboot the program. Have shut down and restarted the Mac. Your help will be welcome
