Why does it take a lot of time to display main menu?

Why does it take a lot of time (a few seconds) to display main menu? I use Kodi 15.2, OpenELEC and Raspberry Pi 3. It worked well before with previous installation, but I had to reinstall everything (incl. OpenELEC) from the scratch.
