Assumption of bug … Kodi is reporting the wrong IP address (grabbed from the wrong NIC)
Don’t know if this bug (?) is even interesting to anyone …
– IP address reported in summary section is 192.168.71.1
– My machine IP is 192.168.88.240 (My whole network is 192.168.88.0/24)
– 192.168.71.1 is coming from the VMWare workstation vNIC (ethernet 2)
– My machine is using the NIC in ethernet 4 (192.168.88.240)
– Kodi 17.0-RC4 Git:20170126-e80803a
– Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 14393)
– Dell Latitude E6510; Intel® Core™ i7 CPU Q 740; 4GB ram
I will provide additional information + logs if this is an issue for anyone
