HTPC and HDMI-CEC

Hello,

HTPC
– AMD K6400 APU AMD (Radeon HD 8470D)
– Microsoft MCE Remote + Receiver

TV
– Samsung J6240

HTPC –> HDMI –> TV

Is it possible to use HDMI-CEC to turn tv on when my htpc resume from standby or turn off when htpc goes to sleep?
