I have lots of recorded TV programs and edl files with them all defining where to skip. As the edl processing is completely broken in Kodi 17 RC4 is there a way to disable the skipping all together? as it is my recordings are unwatchable and I’d rather not have to go and delete all the edl files, they are in several sub folders and there’s a lot of them.
I were running Kodi 16 but one day it stopped turning the screen off and sleeping, the screen stayed on 24/7 not even the kodi screen saver would work so I changed to 17 RC3, that fixed that but now I can’t watch any recordings.
I tried to switch back to 16.1 tonight and that didn’t go well, everything was messed up, broken skins, black screens. deleting my settings folder seemed to fix that but the screensaver will still not run so presumable the PC and monitor would never sleep still
how do I fix the commercial skipping thing (disable it till hopefully it gets fixed one day, though I fear that will never work again in Kodi)
