I tried upgrading to Krypton which appears to be in final release with these commands

sudo apt-get upgrade
I have the stable PPA in my software sources. deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/team-xbmc/ppa/ubuntu xenial main
I am unable to upgrade.
Is this still pending for Ubuntu or am I doing something wrong?
