New issue since Krypton update

Have had many Live TV/Recorded OTA TV issues but most seem to be HDHomerRun issues

Ever since updating my 3 KODI Clients [1 NVidia Shield, 1 Win 7 laptop, 1 Raspberry Pi 3/LibeElec] I now have a 50/50 chance of playing a “xyz.ts” file.

When it works it works perfectly but when it does not there is no audio/video playing.

I am using a separate Raspberry Pi 3 running OSMC/TVHeadend/Backend for my media server which writes to my Western Digital NAS and this had been working until the V16->V17 switch.

Regardless of which KODI client I use, I can see the recorded file on my NAS and I can select it [no error given] and I can see the little blue play arrow at the upper right of the screen but no audio or video.

If I hit the “Enter” key a second time, I get a CD Icon like this was just a music file but again no audio/video.

I can however, from my Win 7 Laptop browse to the problem “xyz.ts” file and it will play via Windows Media Center so the file seems to be valid.

SECOND V17 issue: sometimes when attempting to watch LIVE OTA TV I will get a buffer icon which rapidly switches between 0 and 100 but no audio/video. Normally when viewing Live TV or recordings I never get a buffering issue.
