1,5 week ago I reported that I noticed that
– windows defender was alerting about a trojan in kodi 17 RC4 and
– that I noticed that kodi downloads from what should be identical files did have different checksums
I also advised to publish the correct checksums
Today I down loaded a kodi nightly build “KodiSetup-20170208-b978678-Krypton.exe” because kodi17 formal release is crashing om startup on my windows10 64 bit computer directly after startup. That is not OK, but it is “nothing” compared to the fact that I downloaded the file three times (because of the earlier Trojan verdict) and detected again that the checksums of those three files did not match!!
Below the checksums I calculated. No Idea which one is correct or if they are not correct at all
