Krypton not working

Hello. My brother in law Recently got an amazon fire tv. I wanted to put Jarvis on there but cannot seem to find it since Krypton is the new. So i installed Krypton but it doesnt seem to work. Whenever i select a movie or show it loads to about 59% then Just sits there. Then it sats no streams available. However, i try it on mine which has Jarvis and it works fine. Pleaee help.
