Revision3 video addon for Kodi

This is a complete re-write of the addon developed by stacked. As it has not received any update for more than 4 years, my pull requests with fixes didn’t receive any feedback nor the author is around in the forums for 2 years, I decided to be the new maintainer of the plugin.
Credits are given to the original author (he has been added as the author as well) and the license has been kept as GPL2. The addon has been written from scratch using the same API as the original plugin. The structure of the plugin has been kept identical as well.
