Windows 10 Anniversary Start Menu flickering

I’m running windows 10 anniversary edition and downloaded and installed Kodi 17 from the Windows Store. Right after install all my icons in my start menu started flickering and will not stop. I can’t even uninstall the app. I contacted Microsoft, they told me to contact you guys because they said it was Kodi’s issue and said it is a compatibility issue with Kodi 17 and windows 10 anniversary edition.
